With all the planar travel going on, and after having been asked by more than one person about the planes, I decided to post a quick map of the planes. Apologies for the sketchy map, but I think it works.
The Material is, of course, Othyr, the center of the universe. It is overlapped by four mirror planes: Shadow, where Delilah's corpse rots and where shadow creatures and aberrations come from; The Wild, where Lordanna's corpse reposes and where fey live and spawn; Glacial, the freezing prison plane for Kultuss and the many ancient dragons and demons banished from the Winters War; and finally the Ethereal, an out of focus, spectral realm that surrounds the material like cerebral fluid, preventing the crossover of planes from destroying each other and allowing travel between them. Glacial is, of course, locked by the gods themselves and protected from direct entry by some of the most powerful beings in the universe for obvious reasons.
The four planes float amidst a much larger plane, the Astral Sea, which also supports the free-floating planes On-High and Torment, the former locked to ensure the brightest souls Raya is fueled by aren't tampered with. They have little trouble with intruders in Torment hehe.
Beyond the Astral Sea is the vast Elemental Chaos, where all the various elemental, paraelemental and quasielemental planes mesh, mix, collide and coexist.
Still further are the Cosmos, the infinite Void of Chrysaor riddled with Raya and her starry children. This plane is basically an intertwined Positive and Negative Energy plane, the massive stars pockets of positive, while the rest is negative.
And somewhere in the Cosmos Raya and Laz duke it out, with Chrysaor watching even further removed, harboring all existence, though it pains it.
